How it works

Complete the short weight management questionnaire and schedule your weight management consultation with one of our IMC-registered GPs

During your consultation, the GP will discuss options and, if suitable, recommend solutions. You’ll be notified when your plan is ready.

Visit any participating location to collect your recommended solution.

Schedule follow-up consultations at weeks 5 and 12 to monitor progress and make any necessary adjustments to your plan.
