Frequently asked questions
You can book an appointment anytime, any day. Our clinic opening hours are:
- Monday – Friday: 8 am – 10 pm
- Saturday – Sunday: 9 am – 5 pm
Our service specializes in managing a wide range of common skin issues, including acne, dryness, dermatitis, eczema, skin infections (such as cold sores and impetigo), psoriasis, rosacea, undiagnosed rashes, sun damage, perioral dermatitis, ringworm, and fungal skin infections.
However, there are certain specialized dermatological diseases or conditions that fall outside our scope and require in-person examination or procedures. These include:
- Skin cancers or suspected skin cancer
- Pediatric patients with pyrexia (temperature > 38°C) and a non-blanching rash (potentially meningococcal disease requiring emergency management)
- Widespread burns or severe sunburn affecting a large surface area
- Cellulitis with signs of sepsis (e.g., pyrexia, reduced urine output, feeling faint, very high heart rate > 100 bpm)
Depending on the outcome of the remote consultation, patients may need to visit the hospital for a face-to-face appointment. If you suspect a skin condition that requires immediate attention, we recommend seeking emergency care. Our clinicians can assist you by providing a referral to a consultant dermatologist if needed.
Unfortunately missed appointments cannot be rescheduled. You will need to make a new booking.
